These Terms govern your use of Muster, a product of Erly Stage Studios Ltd, 25 Balham High Road, London, SW12 9AL, GB. Muster is a note-taking and relationship-management app that lets you capture text notes, record audio, scan business cards, use AI-assisted features and send relevant information to a connected CRM. By using Muster, you agree to these Terms.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity carried out through it. If you use Muster on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Your Data
You retain ownership of the notes, recordings, contacts, scans and other content you add to Muster. You give us permission to process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and operate the service, including transcription, AI-assisted processing and CRM synchronization.
Recordings, Contacts & Business Cards
You are responsible for ensuring that recordings are lawful and for providing notice or obtaining consent where required. You must not use Muster to unlawfully or secretly record another person. When you add or scan information about someone else, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect, store, use and transfer that information.
AI Features
Muster may use AI to transcribe recordings, summarize notes, extract contact details and suggest CRM information or follow-up actions. AI-generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review important information before relying on it or sending it to another system.
CRM & Third-Party Integrations
When you connect Muster to a CRM or another third-party service, you authorize Muster to exchange the information needed to provide the integration. Once information is transferred to another service, that service's own terms and privacy practices may apply.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Muster to break the law, violate another person's privacy or rights, upload information you do not have permission to process, unlawfully record people, gain unauthorized access to systems, distribute harmful software or interfere with the operation of Muster. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these rules.
Availability & Liability
We may update, improve or change Muster over time and do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Muster is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate AI-generated content, third-party integrations or misuse of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, Governing Law & Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time and will provide appropriate notice where required. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions about these Terms can be sent to farid@erlystage.com.
